There are many choices such as the F-16, Mig Foxbat, Su-27 or the F-15 Eagle. How good are you? Well for the real jet-jocks out there, may I suggest the F-15 Eagle as you choice of aircraft. Why you ask? Simple really; NO F-15 Has ever been shot down in combat!
Perhaps you remember that crash at the air show that killed 73 people on the ground when a Russian Pilot crashed an Su-27. That is about the only way the Su-27 will be affective as an Attack Aircraft, by using it self as a weapon? And in air-to-air combat strap me on an F-15.
