Simulated Diamonds
In this article we'll be taking a look at a few popular diamond simulants. Simulated diamonds get their name because they "simulate" the look of the real thing, but are not actually lab created or real diamonds.
Cubic zirconia
Cubic zirconia, sometimes referred to as 'CZ' or 'Russian Brilliant' is one of the most common diamond simulants. It normally has no color and is optically flawless. Chemically it is a form of zirconium dioxide. With moissanite running a close second, this is the greatest competitor to true diamonds because of its affordability and availability.
Moissanite
Moissanite, or Silicon Carbide is named after Henri Moussan, who discovered it in Canyon Diablo in Arizona. Today a synthetic version is a popular replacement for a diamond in jewelry and is used exclusively for this purpose as naturally ocurring Moissanite is extremely rare. Moissanite shares some of the physical properties of real diamond. It is extremely hard, but not as hard as a diamond. Moissanite has more color and sparkle than a true diamond.
Yttrium Aluminium Garnet (YAG) and Gadolinium Gallium Garnet (GGG)
These diamond simulants are known for their durability and clarity. Since the development of the much cheaper cubic zirconia, These are rarely produced. Both types of garnets can be produced in a wide range of colors.
Colourless Synthetic Corundum (Sapphire)
Synthetic Sapphires are very simple to create - they were actually the first gemstone to be reproduced in the lab. As such there is a large supply, and these stones should be quite cheap. However they are still a nice looking stone and can be a good substitute for a diamond.

Used Paintball Guns
Used paintball guns, or refurbished guns, are considered a great deal, as they are available at competitive prices. Paintball gun, also known as paintball marker, is one of the primary devices used in paintball - an outdoor game. Hopper, tank, and barrel are some of the major components of a paintball gun. Firing systems employed in paintball guns include electro-pneumatic, mechanical, pump, and electro-mechanical. At present, a variety of paintball guns such as electronic, full-auto, pump, pistols, semi-auto, and stock guns are available in the market. Among the top names in the paintball gun industry are AirStar, Brass Eagle, Bruizer, Component Concepts Inc, and Diablo.
Paintball is an expensive game, and the price of a paintball gun varies according to its brand and model and firing systems employed. Usually, the price of a new paintball ranges from $150 to $1,800. Used paintball guns are a blessing for those players who are financially challenged. They are also ideal for beginners.
Nowadays, used paintball guns are in high demand because of its attractive features such as cost effectiveness, durability, and dependability. If an appropriate selection is made, used paintball guns can provide years of good service. The main advantage of used paintball guns is that they are lot cheaper than brand new ones. Sometimes, one can even acquire top quality paintball guns for half the price.
When buying used paintball equipment, it is necessary to check whether the manufacture is still in business and does servicing. It is always wise to purchase used paintball gun that is in good condition. Sometimes, people try to sell used paintball markers that cannot be reused. For instance, paintball guns powered by carbon-di-oxide pressure system cannot be reused. Hence, one should be very careful while purchasing a used paintball gun.
Most of the paintball pro-shops in the US carry a complete line of used paintball guns, which are in good working order. In addition, there are a number of auction and classified sites on the Web, providing online services to shop used paintball guns.

Scenic Train Rides Around The World
I'm not sure why on scenic train rides you can have a beer, but you can't on a bus. In any case, this is one of the reasons to take a train ride. Another reason is that they go where the roads don't, so you'll see scenery you miss when driving. Trains don't have to stop at traffic lights, and you can get up and walk around. Finally, trains are relaxing for all the reasons above AND the rythym of the rails.
Amtrak has scenic sections, and there are also numerous dinner trains operating around the United States now. However, the most scenic train rides are the classics. Below are a few to whet your appetite.
The Silverton-Durango Narrow Gage
I first caught this train far from any road. I was in the Weminuche Wilderness Area, next to a footbridge over the Animas river, where they stop if backpackers there flag them down. More recently, my wife and I took the train from Silverton to Durango. Wherever you catch this train, it will be an experience you won't forget.
It is a classic steam locomotive that goes through Colorado's San Juan Mountains, along the Animas river. At times you'll look out the window, over the edge, to the water hundreds of feet below. In Silverton you can eat good food, buy souvenirs, and see an old-west mining town that hasn't much with time.
La Nariz Del Diablo
Train rides on this line, which goes from Riobamba to Alausi, Ecuador, are scenic and adventurous. On our recent trip, my wife stayed inside, but I rode on the roof for the first half of the ride. Despite the occasional rain, there were twenty other travelers up there. I highly recommend you pay the dollar to rent a pillow to sit on. Your final destination is a valley with a view of a rock formation high above, called "La Nariz Del Diablo," or "The Devil's Nose."
Be careful of tree branches if you're on the roof, and be prepared for a five-hour ride. It starts in downtown Riobamba, in the highlands of the central Andes Mountains. You'll travel through "cloud forests" and finally down to a much warmer climate. Interestingly, the train descends some streches of track caboose-first. There's a lunch stop in one of the small mountain towns. When we took the train (May 2004), it was limited to 40 passengers, and tickets sold out quickly.
Agawa Canyon Railroad
One of the more scenic train rides in the north, starts and ends in Sault Saint Marie, Ontario, Canada, just over the border from Sault Saint Marie, Michigan. It's an all-day trip that goes through a rocky and heavily-wooded wilderness, along the Agawa River, to Agawa Canyon. At the canyon, you can have a picnic in a beautiful meadow, or just relax and enjoy the scenery, before reboarding for the return trip.
Autumn, when the maples have all changed color, is the most beautiful time to take the train. It's also the most difficult time to get tickets, so plan far ahead. The route is also run as the scenic "Snow Train," in winter.
The Thunder Mountain Line
Thunder Mountain Line has scenic train rides that take several routes in Idaho, starting from Horseshoe Bend and Cascade. Depending on the route you choose, you'll travel through dramatic narrow canyons, sagebrush-covered hills, mountain meadows, or pristine evergreen forests. The tracks follow the mountain trails settlers used a hundred years before. You may see deer, fox, elk, blue herons, osprey, and bald eagles. Rides vary from three to five hours, depending on the route.
Amtrak's Scenic Train Rides
The California Zephyr, Amtrak's train from Chicago to San Francisco, passes through the Rocky Mountains and the more beautiful (in my opinion) Sierra Nevadas. The Coast Starlight goes from Seattle to Los Angeles, with views of snow-covered mountains, thick forests, and long stretches of Pacific Ocean shoreline. Amtrak's Auto Train is a unique scenic train ride that allows you to take your car with you from Lorton, Viginia, to Florida.

When to Use a Callaway FT IZ Driver
Whether you are an expert in golf or not, everyone will agree that a driver is one of the most important types of club used in golfing. When you look in the store you will have plenty of choices and one can easily get lost in all the selection. You should always remember that in buying a driver the size, length and material should be considered. First on the list that you should look at is the Callaway FT IZ driver and the other Callaway drivers. It is one of the most trusted brands among the pros.
The Callaway FT IZ driver provides both accuracy and distance. It has a minor shape difference that enables to confine the clubs weight at the back resulting to higher ball speeds and also club head stability. Therefore if you want to hit your golf ball precisely and with more distance, this is the club for you.
Other Callaway drivers that you might also want to look at are the FT tour driver specs, FT-9 driver specs, FT-9 Tour driver specs, Diablo edge driver specs and Diablo edge tour driver specs.
Just put in mind that it is vital to check the size of the golf driver's head. If you are experience you should opt for the smaller heads because it does not require much control but for the pros, those with large heads are the best option.
The material of the driver should also be considered. If the driver is made of platinum it is expensive but it can also benefit you in the game. Hence if you are a serious golfer, invest in high quality drivers made from quality materials.
You should also remember that long drivers allow you to hit golf balls farther while shorter ones do the opposite. But even if long driver results to long distance, it is also hard to control hence it is not recommended for the new golfers.

Golf Swing Instructions That Work
There is nothing else in the world like excelling at the sport of golf. Having the ability to shoot well among friends or in heated competition will gain you both respect and admiration among your peers. It is not beyond anyone to play a solid round of golf once a consistent and steady golf swing is established. This article serves to provide golf swing instructions to the reader in the hopes that it will enlighten the reader, as well as improve their golf game.
One's golf swing can be broken down into three portions: the back-swing, the forward-swing, and the follow-through. Avoiding the common mistakes made during each of these three portions will help to ensure a proper and effective golf swing.
During the back-swing, try not to pick the club up too quickly off the ground. Let the club sweep across the ground smoothly as it rises into the air letting the head of the club draw a circle starting at the ball location and ending with the shaft and club head parallel to the ground and pointing at the target. Keep your posture steady throughout the back-swing taking special care to keep your head down looking at the ball and shifting your weight from your center to your right hip and foot.
As you begin your forward-swing, you will start to move your weight from the right side of your body over to the left. Try to avoid jerking the club down; let the club head act as if it were a pendulum. The club head will gain speed gradually as it descends from its location parallel to the ground approaching its highest speed when it impacts the ball. Once the ball is impacted, a majority of your weight should now be primarily on your left hip and foot.
Your swing's follow-through is just as important as the other two parts. Make sure not to underestimate the significance of this part of your swing. After impact, try to rotate your torso to face the target and move your head to look down the line of your shot. During this rotation of your torso, you will start to move your right foot lifting the heel, rotating, and finally balancing your stance with your right foot's toes.
Practicing in front of a mirror can be a good exercise. In order to perform this exercise properly however, you should practice each portion of the swing separately, then as whole. Pay close attention to your posture, the club head sweeping the ground and the shift of your weight from one side of the body to the other.
Keep in mind that correctly practicing your swing will get you well on your way to playing consistently good golf. You may find it helpful to stop by the range a few times a week and play a game of golf in your head. Before each shot, remember your golf swing instructions, and work to break as few of the rules as possible.
After quite a bit of practicing, you will find that your golf swing has become much more consistent. Keeping your swing consistent is the key to playing quality golf. Before you know it, all your friends will be asking you for golf swing instructions!

World Of Warcraft Hunter Pet Guide
Here you have it, the guide you've been waiting. This World of Warcraft Hunter's pet guide will list the best pets a hunter in this fantastical world will use. We will go into details about some of them and leave the lesser beasts to the weak. We answer some of your questions and send you away with a range of useful information so you can go head first into the world of the unknown with confidence.
So, we will start out with listing all pets and showing you what their abilities are and what some of them ea,t so you can win every battle with beastly ease. We will first focus on the animals with the abilities to slow you enemies down, which give you the opportunity to do what you need to do - even if it is to just run away.
First in this World of Warcraft Hunter's pet guide we show you the Bat, which could screech the ears off a deaf monkey. The bat shares this ability with the Carrion bird and the owl. This skill is very useful during battle if you are looking to disorientate your enemy for a short while - before you kill him, of course.
If you are looking to do more damage, you will be happy to know that the game does offer animals with a healthy appetite. In the World of Warcraft Hunter's pet guides the Bat and the Carrion bird will fall into this category, along with Bear, Boar, Cat, Crab, Wolf and Spider among many others. Now this ability allows the player, you, to be quite a distance away from the target. It's a really simple way to not lose any power and bring your enemy down to his knees. However, sending your tiny pet out to do your dirty work has its disadvantages, like it getting killed before it kills your enemy. These beasts don't come at a cheap rate, so be sure to keep this mode of attacked right up to the last minute - when you are sure your animal will only sustain the minimal amount of injury, and won't die.
The World of Warcraft Hunter's pets guide also explains that before you can tame and train your new pet you have to be disciplined. You have to be willing to learn from the animal as the animal is always willing to learn from you. As in life everything with a pulse needs to maintain nutritional eating guidelines, in the World of Warcraft Hunters pet guide we let you know that there is an abundance of food for your pets all over this wonderful world. These pets eat anything from bread, cheese, fungus and fruit to something more substantial like fish and meat (there is nothing better than a nice piece of steak.)
Now, even though it seems like a walk in the park to raise a pet, making a choice of which pet to raise, is not that easy. There is a skill to choosing your pet in WOW and this World of Warcraft Hunter's pet guide will show you a basic way of doing this.
So, you want to know the best pet will be for you? This issue comes up a lot, so don't feel like you are alone in this. Millions of World of Warcraft players around the world search the web to find out more about the topic and the all end up in one place (we will not be giving that away in this World of Warcraft Hunter's pet guide). If you really want to know more about this topic, I suggest you look around a bit more, go ahead, you are sure to find more World of Warcraft Hunters pet guides lying around somewhere.

DeathSpank Review
DeathSpank is a much anticipated Xbox live arcade and PlayStation network game from creator Ron Gilbert, who was made famous by his Monkey Island game series. Gilbert described the game as a cross between Monkey Island and Diablo. Who wouldn't be excited about that? So, when the game dropped this Wednesday on Xbox live arcade I was happy to pick it up and give it a try.
The game brings Tom Gilbert's humor right along with it. DeathSpank is an over-the-top hero, out on a quest to bring the world justice, honor, and bacon on his way to find a mysterious item known only as "The Artifact". Within seconds, I was rolling in laughter at Gilbert's great humor.
My first thirty minutes with the game were great. I was hacking and slashing my way through jokes and fun. The game also has lots of RPG elements, with huge amounts of loot that are fun to collect and hoard, new abilities to level up and unlock, and all kinds of cool weapons with different effects.
However, things started to drag on rather quickly. The combat is fun at first, but quickly gets repetitive. Further into the game you are introduced to a combo system that mixes things up a bit, and gives combat some strategy, but there is a good 4-5 hour lull prior to that where you are just pressing a button over and over again.
However, my main gripe with the game is the co-op. Touted as a full fledged co-op experience, this is really more of a co-op hack. The second player has the option to control Sprinkles, a support wizard that can cast a few spells and heal Deathspank. The heal ability is very helpful, but playing as Sprinkles gets stale pretty quickly. Sprinkles is not a full-fledged character like Deathspank is. He cannot pick up new weapons or armor, he can not earn new abilities as he levels up, and he cannot interact with NPCs or complete quests. The Sprinkles you play with at the beginning of the game is the same Sprinkles you'll be playing with through to the end.
All in all, Deathspank is a good, solid game that is probably worth the 15 bucks it will set you back. It is not, however, the next Monkey Island phenomenon.

Diablo 2 - How to Transform Your Weak Pale-Skinned Necro Into Trang Oul's Vampire in Diablo 2 Part 1
Trang-Oul's Avatar is a 5-piece Set designed meant to be worn by a Necromancer. However, any class can use the helm, body armor, gloves and belt, but only a Necromancer can make use of the class-specific Shield. Unlike some other Sets, each individual item from Trang-Oul's Avatar is decent and gives relatively good bonuses.
Here are the five items and their individual analysis in the Set:
Note: The partial bonuses for each item are listed multiple times because you get a partial bonus for each of the other items in the set. For example, with Trang-Oul's Scales, you receive a +50% to Lightning Resistance if you have on another two other item from the set. If you have the entire Set on, Trang-Oul's Scales grants you a 25% Physical Damage Resistance.
Trang-Oul's Guise (Set Bone Visage)
Defense: 180-257
Minimum Strength: 106
Level Requirement: 65
25% Faster Hit Recovery
Replenish Life +5
+80-100 Defense
+150 to Mana
Attacker Takes Damage of 20
Analysis: One of the weaker items from the Set. It does add a nice boost to characters that use Mana, but after Level 65, you shouldn't be having problems with Mana. The 25% Faster Hit Recovery mod is nice, but its largest drawback is that it lacks any boosts to Resistances.
Trang-Oul's Scales (Set Chaos Armor)
Defense: 857
Minimum Strength: 84
Level Requirement: 49
+150% Enhanced Defense
Requirements -40%
40% Faster Run/Walk
Poison Resist +40%
+100 Defense vs. Missile
+2 to Summoning Skills (Necromancer Only)
Lightning Resist +50% (3 items)
Damage Reduced by 25% (Complete Set)
Analysis: Chaos Armor usually has a very high Strength Requirement, but the Requirements -40% mod makes this armor more accessible. The 40% Faster Run/Walk is rare in body armor, but couple this with a pair of nice boots that has a good Faster Run/Walk bonus and you'll be flying around the place. Add to that a very nice +40% to Poison Resistance and +100 Defense vs. Missile, and you've got a decent body armor. Wear two other items and you even get a whopping +50% to Lightning Resistance.

WoW Hunter Talents - What is the Best WOTLK Hunter Talent Build?
The Hunter is one of the classes in the World of Warcraft whose role depends on their WOW Hunter Talents. Aside from being an efficient DPS provider, a Hunter can take on other roles such as pulling, crowd control and some situations, as a tank. It is one of the fastest leveling classes in the game and the most profitable farmers as well. You might be wondering what the best WOTLK Hunter talent build is.
So let me share with you what I think is the best WOTLK Hunter talent build for me. There are various WOW Hunter talent builds that players can choose from. It would depend on the role and the primary use for your toon. If you still haven't reached the maximum level then place the majority of your WOW Hunter talent points in Beast Mastery. One of the most basic leveling hunter talent builds is 57/14/0. It could also be used for farming and instances. This build is made with your survivability in mind. WOW Hunter Talents that would be used are Catlike Reflexes, Endurance Training, and Thick Hide. It also maximizes your pet's DPS output and you could train exotic pets as well. The pet can hold aggro without the use of Growl.
For raids, you can go with the Marksman Hunter 3.08 talent tree, which is 11/60/0. In the Beast Mastery hunter talent tree gets the Improved Aspect of the Hawk, Focused Fire, Improved Revive Pet, and Aspect Mastery. Then in the Marksman talent tree pick the talents that increase your attack power and lets you use your mana efficiently.
For PVP, the best WOW Hunter talents are found in the Beast Mastery hunter talent tree. The best build is 50/21/0 where the 50 points in the BM tree are allocated in skills you need. Forget about exotic pets this time. The 21 points in the Marksman tree gives the Hunter Aim Shot and Readiness.
Is there really a best Hunter talent build? Well the answer is that, the best Hunter talent build for me might not be the best Hunter talent build for you and vice versa. With the correct WOW Hunter talents you'll be able to out-DPS everyone in your party. Depending on what your goal is for your class character, you'll need to put your talent points where they need to be to get the best out of your class character whether its for raiding, pvp, or solo DPS with the help of a WoW talent add on your talent points won't go to waste because you'll know exactly where to put your talent points to get the best out of your class.

WoW Druid Talent Tree Build in WotLK - Where to Spend Your Talent Points
The druid is a shape shifting hybrid class which allows you to approach many different play styles and this is the reason why it is one of the most versatile classes in the entire game. Druids of every spec can find a role for themselves at the end-game whether it's raiding or PvP.
Just like with the rest of the classes in World of Warcraft the talents for druids are split into three categories, or trees:
- The Balance tree which focuses on damage spells that will make the druid a very efficient spell damage dealer.
- The Feral Combat tree which focuses on using the shape shifting druid forms of cat, bear and dire bear, each of these focusing in turn on either tanking - Bear and Dire Bear - or on melee DPS - Cat form.
- The Restoration tree focuses on healing spells, making the druid a very efficient healer, especially because of the Tree of Life form that druids learn by investing in this talent tree.
Like we said in the beginning the druid class is a hybrid class and this means that each druid talent tree will definitely contain some talents which will be useful and sometimes necessary when specializing in any one of the other trees. Let's take a look at what a druid talent tree can offer.
For instance:
- Some Feral Combat talents will modify your maximum mana which you would need large amounts of if specializing in the Moonkin form;
- some Balance talents will modify the cost of healing spells which is crucial for any good healer, while others will be helpful when in the feral forms.
- Some Restoration talents like Furor, will give the druid rage when they switch into either Cat or Bear Form, while others like Natural Shape shifter will reduce the mana cost of shape shifting by thirty percent.

Review - Demon's Souls - PLAYSTATION 3
Let me begin by saying this; Demon's Souls is not a game for everyone. It might not even be a game for you. However, if you can look past the game's punishing difficulty and sprawling scale, you'll find one of the best RPGs of this generation.
Demon's Souls is an action RPG born of an unholy union between Armored Core developers From Software and Sony Computer Entertainment Japan. Best known for their Armored Core mecha action franchise, From Software was also responsible for the King's Field games, a series of first person action RPGs on the Playstation, Playstation 2 and PSP. The King's Field series is notable for several things; its complex, sprawling dungeons, creepy monster designs, wide variety of NPCs and pieces of equipment, and its dark, dreary atmosphere. It's also quite well-known for its difficulty. Demon's Souls, planned by Sony and From as a modern re-invention of the King's Field franchise, shares many of these features, as well as several new innovations of its own.
This is the End of the World
Demon's Souls is not a happy game. The story opens with a narrator bitterly telling a tale of a power-hungry king taking control of the flow of souls, using them for his own personal gain; by slaughtering humans and monsters alike, King Allant was able to build up vast reserves of power for his kingdom of Boletari. However, as Boletaria grew more powerful, a thick fog spread across the prosperous country, covering the city in an impenetrable wall of darkness. By taking control of the power of souls, Allant awakened an Old God, and with it came an unstoppable horde of demons. From that point forward, adventurers, mercenaries, and psychopaths alike ventured into the fog surrounding Boletaria. Some went in search of lost loved ones, some in attempts to free the city from whatever evil controlled it; and others still sought to plumb the cursed city's vast reserves of Demon Souls to increase their strength...or worse. This is where your hero comes in.
In a lot of ways, the story of Demon's Souls is anti-typical of other Japanese RPGs; the game is clearly set in an European-influenced setting, from the environments to the accents of the characters, Demon's Souls reeks of Western influence. Meanwhile, the story itself seems influenced heavily by the works of H.P. Lovecraft and Stephen King, dark and gothic with nary a doe-eyed little girl spewing "power of friendship" speeches in sight. That being said, the story in Demon's Souls isn't exactly the deepest or most in-your-face narrative you're going to find in an RPG; it serves mainly as a means of setting the mood and explaining the setting. However, for fans of lore and subtlety, there is depth to be found here; item descriptions, NPC dialogue, and the bosses and level designs themselves reek of atmosphere, and the story explains itself well enough provided you're willing to pay attention and forgive a few translation issues. The atmosphere in the game is absolutely breathtaking; the silent emptiness of Boletaria Castle is enhanced by the lack of dungeon music, while the inherent creepiness of the abandoned prison Tower of Latria is altered into abject horror by the muffled screams of its lost prisoners, and the ominous bells being rung by its otherworldly guards as they stalk you through its darkened halls.
East Meets West: Boletaria Style
In Demon's Souls, much like a Western RPG, you play a created character; you choose a gender and a name, edit yourself a face, and then choose a character class. These classes range from fantasy staples like the Knight and Wizard, to more unusual classes like the Royal or the Wanderer. Your character class is absolutely important, as it influences your character's starting stats, default character level, and what equipment you begin with. On one hand, you could choose a Soldier and you might be gifted with heavy plate armor and a large broadsword, but your character will be unable to use magic for a considerable amount of time. On the other hand, you could pick a Thief and be able to sprint and dodge considerably more effectively than another class, but if you take more than a few hits, you're a goner. There are also several more "hybridized" classes like the Royal and the Wanderer that allow for more neutral stat builds, but they are generally not recommended for a first playthrough.
As I mentioned in my first impressions article, you begin Demon's Souls by dying. After creating your character, you're put through a simple tutorial dungeon to familiarize you with the game's mechanics and controls, then thrust into a boss fight with the creature pictured above. This monster, referred to as Vanguard, destroyed me in a single hit. After you die, your character will awaken as a spirit in the Nexus, the game's hub world. The Nexus is a constantly evolving tower full of NPCs to interact with; some appear when you level up, others can be found in the dungeons, and some are there from the start. In the Nexus, you can perform all necessary pre-adventure actions like shopping, item storage, repairing/upgrading weapons and learning new spells. Much like a Western RPG, Demon's Souls is an extremely non-linear game. After you've cleared the game's first "real" dungeon, the game officially lets go of any semblance of distinct structure; your only objective is to rid the world of the Old One, and however you get there is entirely up to you.
A Field of Corpses
The combat in Demon's Souls is generally pretty standard dungeon crawler fare; you have two hands, and you can equip two items to each hand, one main weapon and one backup weapon, easily swapped between by a tap of the D-Pad. My usual setup was to equip my main melee weapon and my bow in my character's right hand, and a shield and a spell catalyst in his left; allowing close-range and long-range combat, as well as defense and spellcasting. Other players may choose other ways of handling things, though; there's really no wrong way to do it...that is, unless you decide to try and run through a dungeon dual-wielding shields. Each weapon class has its own unique combos and animations, with rare weapons receiving their own specials. You can also opt to wield any weapon with two hands, leading to more powerful, wider-ranged attacks at the expense of being able to defend as effectively. Equipping a light shield also allows you to parry incoming enemy attacks, if timed right, allowing you to unleash a devastating riposte, while careful blocking or stealthy maneuvers can allow you to perform a powerful backstab. Easy to learn, hard to master is the name of the game when it comes to combat in Demon's Souls.
Now, there's no point in mentioning the combat in Demon's Souls if I don't at least talk a bit about the bosses; it was the design for the boss pictured above that initially sold me on the game, and thankfully, the boss fights do not disappoint. With weaker fare like Phalanx the Shield Slime out of the way early on, Demon's Souls evolves quickly into conflicts with truly breathtaking creatures like the Storm King, as well as head to head challenges with brutal humanoid opponents. Demon's Souls also introduces what I believe might be a first in the RPG community; a PvP boss fight against another player summoned from across the Playstation Network. Truly, the wide variety of boss battles is one of the greatest strengths of Demon's Souls, capping off each dungeon crawl with a satisfying, pulse-pounding conclusion. What's also impressive is the variety of ways a player can tackle each boss; while certain strategies certainly work better than others, almost any way you want to take a boss down, you probably can if you're skilled enough. Well, provided you're not trying to fistfight the Old God, that is.
Wait...I'm Dead AGAIN!?
Now, reading as far as you have, you're probably thinking "well, that doesn't sound so bad," right? Wrong. Like King's Field before it, Demon's Souls is a difficult game; punishingly so, even. This is a game that, without question, wants you dead and makes no attempts to hide its murderous nature. From hazards ranging from a fire-breathing dragon strafing across your intended path to a massive, pitch-black lake of poison, Demon's Souls will kill you more times than you can count. And frustratingly enough, there is a penalty for dying! As you kill monsters, you are awarded Souls. These Souls act both as currency and experience points; you can "spend" them in the Nexus, as well as at vendors throughout the game's five sprawling worlds, to purchase new items and equipment, repair and upgrade your weapons, and also to level yourself up and gain new spells. This is all well and good until you realize that whenever you die, you lose all unspent Souls in your inventory. Like in Diablo, you can re-enter the dungeon and find your corpse, recovering any lost Souls from your last death, but also like Diablo, if you die again on the way back to your corpse, you lose what you lost, forever. As such, the game encourages very defensive, structured play during the early stages, until you learn the Evacuate spell. There is truly nothing more frustrating, after all, than amassing 50,000 Souls during a dungeon run, only to accidentally dodge off a cliff and lose them all.
As Dave mentioned in his challenge article some time back, Demon's Souls is not a game you "get" instantly. Its sprawling dungeons are a throwback to the Roguelikes and dungeon crawlers of old, with numerous branches, ruthless deathtraps, and dangerous enemy ambushes around every corner. The enemies are, to put it simplest, bloodthirsty; there's no particularly complicated AI at work here, these enemies want you dead, and if they get hit in the process of hurting you, they just don't care. In fact, in the case of some of the bigger monsters, like the dragon pictured above, they will gladly roast other enemies alive if it means killing you. The level design, especially in some of the later stages, is also expertly engineered to lull you into a false sense of security, then drop a barely-visible cliff or deathtrap in your way at the exact second you're too relaxed to react in time. The game's numerous bosses also range in difficulty from pathetically easy to "HOLYCRAPIMPOSSIBLE", and it seems that From Software doesn't mind mixing things up a bit, as long as it leads to the player dying. In the first dungeon alone, I likely died a good three or four times before reaching the boss; you don't want to know how many times I died during my first run-through of the third dungeon.
However, the difficulty of Demon's Souls is a blessing in disguise. Interestingly, the more you play and the more you die, the more you learn; enemy attack patterns become more obvious, allowing you to dodge or parry more easily, while the map design grows more familiar, and several of the "surprise" elements designed to kill an unwary newbie are no longer a threat. You'll learn which weapon types are most effective against certain enemies...and as your knowledge grows, the game will eventually click. No longer will you fear that skeleton wielding a massive zweihander; you've got a mace that shatters bone in two hits. That giant slime? He hates fire. Get a fire spell or enchantment for your sword and watch him die in under a minute. As you learn the game's subtle nuances, and find ways to exploit them, the true depth of Demon's Souls reveals itself to you. This is not a game designed to be blazed through in a weekend. In fact, a player's ability to endure repeated deaths and learn from their own mistakes is perhaps the simplest way to gauge their potential enjoyment of the game; patient players with a drive to conquer any obstacle in front of them will be rewarded with an intensely enjoyable experience, while gamers more grounded in the "instant gratification" school of thought may not find what they're looking for in Demon's Souls.
It's Fun To Slay Together
It's no big secret that Japanese developers haven't really jumped onto the whole "online" bandwagon this generation; hell, it's been three years now and we still don't have an online co-op Dynasty Warriors game. Despite this, From Software did at least try to bring something new to the table in Demon's Souls; the Phantom system. As I previously explained in my impressions post, the game mixes single player, co-op, and MMO elements to allow a cohesive game world without any pesky online lobbies. Demon's Souls supports online co-op play for up to three players over the Playstation Network, allowing three friends (or strangers) of similar levels to join together and take down bosses. The downside to this is that to join another player's game, the host has to be alive (easier said than done most of the time), and the people joining his game have to be within ten levels of him; there's no asking your level 255 buddy to come in and oneshot a boss for you in this game. The game expects you to work together to take down bosses, and they grow considerably more aggressive to reflect this.
demonssoulscoop
As mentioned before, interaction between players is handled almost entirely through glowing runes inscribed on the floor of the dungeons, allowing players to warn each other of upcoming traps, or let other players know they're looking for a co-op partner. This is definitely not the simplest online integration in the world; there's no question of that. It's very silly to have a co-op mode that boots everyone out of the party if the leader dies, for example. The PvP, on the other hand, is handled quite well. All in all, From Software should at least be commended for trying to innovate in terms of online/offline play for the RPG genre, as well as trying to make it fit the game's story and universe. It's definitely fun to take on a boss with friends, though, provided the game decides it wants to let you play together at all.
Game Over +
As I said before, Demon's Souls is not a game for everybody. First of all, it's not even available on US store shelves, only currently found on import gaming websites like Play-Asia and NCSX despite being completely in English. Completing the game requires copious amounts of time, patience, and ambition; you have to want to win in order to finish the game, From and Sony aren't holding your hand along the way. While the brutal difficulty and lack of direction might put off some fans of more traditional JRPGs, patient gamers who're willing to try something new (and get eaten by a few dragons along the way) will find plenty of things to love about the game; the brutal boss fights, the sprawling selection of weapons and armor, using the souls of previously-defeated bosses to forge new, more powerful weapons and armor; the list goes on and on. The story may not be the deepest or most elegantly told out there, but compared to the seemingly endless onslaught of asinine anime cliches being spewed out of games like Star Ocean: The Last Hope, Eternal Sonata, and Blue Dragon, the minimalist approach in Demon's Souls is a welcome change of pace. And believe it or not, there are gameplay elements I haven't even touched on in this review; it's just that deep! My first playthrough of the game clocked in at roughly 58 hours; the only single-player games this generation that even approach the amount of time I've put into Demon's Souls are the XBOX 360's Lost Odyssey and the PSP's Dissidia: Final Fantasy.
In the end, while it might not have the production values or graphical "WOW" factor of a mainline Final Fantasy title, Demon's Souls has easily usurped the PS3's "best RPG" throne...but with FFXIII slowly approaching, we'll see how long it holds onto the crown. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a New Game + to finish.
Pluses
+ Dark, gothic atmosphere with solid graphics and excellent level design
+ Surprisingly competent localization, with few glaring translation errors
+ Breathtaking, challenging boss battles
+ Numerous online options for multiplayer fans
+ Vast array of items and equipment pieces to find, mix and match
+ New Game + feature allows for infinite replayability with increasing challenges
Minuses
- Punishing difficulty may take players by surprise
- Online functions are not particularly well-explained
- Frame rate can chug in certain isolated areas
- Not officially released in US/Europe
Available now on Playstation 3 in Japan;
Asian version features full English translation
CERO Rating: D (17+)
Players: 1 (offline) 3 (online co-op)
Completed game as a Thief; began New Game + and defeated several bosses, experimented with online modes and PvP
Final Verdict: For players who love a good challenge, Demon's Souls is an absolute must-buy, and one of the best RPGs of this generation.

Anacondas Eating People in Hollywood - Live?
Are anacondas eating people now? Well in Hollywood movies, yes. The most famous of the movie was the release of Anaconda in 1997 starring Jennifer Lopez, Jon Voight, Ice Cube, Eric Stoltz and Owen Wilson.
That is where you can immediately appreciate a killer snake like the anaconda eating heads, foots and people! The movie is about a National Geographic film crew that picks up a crazy snake hunter looking to capture an anaconda. Sure, crazy snake hunter in the rain forest may be a bit of a stretch but not beyond the realm of possibility.
It is a movie after all and some suspension of disbelief is acceptable. The movie then proceeds with the anaconda causing all sorts of trouble for the crew, stalking them, hunting them and waiting for them to make one wrong move so it can exact its vengeance. This is where all realism disappears.
The movie is a good one for those who like the genre. It is at times campy and sometimes scary with plenty of gore thrown in for good measure. Added to that is the anaconda itself, a CGI special effect that was very well done if not at all an accurate depiction of the snake. The movie snake was shown to be a stalker and hunter. It ripped at its victim flesh when it was angry so it could eat them. It threw the victims around a bit and generally wreaked havoc wherever it went.
The reality, however, is much different. Anacondas do not stalk or hunt nor do they get mad. Instead they wait and they eat. When prey gets close enough it attacks by coiling around the animal and squeezing it, cutting off blood flow and air supply until the victim dies.
It may also drag the animal underwater where the combination of the constriction and drowning will cause its death. The anaconda will then eat the animal, whole, head first. While it does have teeth, a bite from an anaconda is not fatal and anacondas are not poisonous. The teeth are used to hold prey, not tear it open. Of course, anaconda movies would not be nearly as suspenseful if they were based entirely in reality.
The other significant part of anaconda movies that can be hard to swallow is how the snake is attacking people. In reality, anacondas are shy creatures and will generally avoid people. There are instances of anaconda attacks on people but they are very rare. There has to be just the right set of circumstances available before an anaconda will resort to attacking a person.
Even the few known anaconda attacks on humans, though, have not resulted in death. If a human is attacked, odds are they will be able to escape with some bumps and bruises, especially if not alone. Whether or not anaconda movies constitute good cinema is certainly debatable and prone to your own tastes.
However, whether or not they provide realism is easily answered: no. Anacondas do not act in a manner that is depicted in movies nor do they deal with the practical aspects of killing prey in the manner depicted. Unfortunately, anaconda movies perpetuate myths like anaconda eating people regarding these creatures but the truth is they are no real threat to humans at all.

The New Diablo Blanco Red Leopard Gecko
There is a new breed of leopards known as the Diablo Blanco which is genetically a pattern-less gecko with a complete red-eye. This new red-eye leopard gecko or the Diablo Blanco may or may not be all completely red, some possess only with one or more eyes being 50% of the solid red and the other one acquires the solid red color in both eyes.
Actually this new morph called the Diablo Blanco has three eye variations and only two body variants. As of now there are only two categories of this kind: the Blanco's and the Diablo Blanco.
The Blanco is also a genetically pattern-less gecko, only they have the normal colored eyes of an albino. The head, body, and tail color is white. Although some Blanco's may possess a yellowish color in their body, it may be totally wiped out through selective breeding of the next generation.
The other category is called the Diablo Blanco, this variety possess the complete or partial red-eyed color leopard gecko. Just like the raptor morph, there can also be a snake-eyed Diablo Blanco. That would mean that there could be one or more eyes that will have only half of the solid red color and there could also be a gecko with the two eyes being solid red. The best quality of this morph may possess a complete white skin from head to tail with two vividly solid red eyes.
How did these breed came about?
This is the result of cross breeding of the snowy white Tremper Albino "Blazing Blizzard" females with the best raptor male available as well as breeding those het offspring together. It is definitely not the cross breeding of two Blazing Blizzard's with a pure Blizzard and miraculously came up with a new variety of a red-eye morph. Never yet in the history has that, two Blazing Blizzard geckos produced an all red-eyed leopards.
The Diablo Blanco variety, act as a recessive trait just like the other albino morph. When mixed together, they will produce the same characteristics, traits, and appearance of that of the parents.
The New Diablo Blanco red-eye leopard gecko is a new variety from trial breeding of hobbyist. With patience and painstaking observation of their pets they have finally produced a beautiful flawless white with the possibility of having two solid red eyes lizards. Producing your own new gecko variety greatly depends on your creativity. Study about these reptiles and try to cross-bred it yourself and be able to produce a unique and beautiful variety that can be called your own.
Find out more about this red-eyed leopard geckos; how to care for them and what to feed them. Are they the same with other leopard geckos?

Toyota Hybrid Sports Car
Every loyal customer to Toyota and the people behind the company itself are looking forward to 2008. Why? Because that is the slated release for the much-awaited Toyota hybrid sports car dubbed the Volta. Toyota has always been known to set itself apart from all other car manufacturers, releasing some of the most outrageous designs that seem to grow onto society once the cars establish themselves as bestsellers.
Japan Goes Italian
Toyota's hybrid sports car can only be a real head turner. This is what's expected when you have an elite group of designers to give the new concept car a new, nice Italian twist. Pictures of the concept car have emerged from the company itself and the first thing that may come to mind is the Lamborghini Diablo; only the Volta is eco-friendly.
Toyota believes that hybrid technology can also be used in high-performance vehicles such as the Toyota Volta. After all, it is rumored to go from 0-60 in 4 seconds and has a top speed of 155 mph; not as fast as the Diablo or any Ferrari but the important thing is how much gas this vehicle doesn't use.
The Name Game
The 2008 new Toyota Volta will be paying homage to Alessandro Volta, the man who came up with the electric battery in 1800. It is only very apt considering that this vehicle does run on a type of battery. The Volta runs a V6 engine and there's an electric motor on each axle.
The electric motor will be used to operate several things at the same time such as, for example, a computer that operates the movement of the wheels, activation of brakes, etc.; basically something known as drive by wire, a technology that is fitted into modern fighter jets, so you can imagine how much time in design was spent on this near-future release. This technology also allows for an awkward feature that can have the passengers reposition the steering wheel and pedals in front of them.
Economy
Two centuries after the invention of the electric battery after which the new hybrid is named, Toyota aims to have the Volta out and running by 2008. It is expected to have a tank that holds only 13.7 gallons that will allow it to go 435 miles when filled up. Plus, if 408 horsepower isn't enough, you will just have to weight for later versions of the Volta because this is the top speed estimated for the initial release.
Toyota France expects to release this to the European market in 2008. However, Germany might be happy to know that the car will be for sale there by December of 2007. Experts are speculating that prices for the Toyota hybrid sports car will range from $72,000 to $165,000 in the US market once it hits North American shores.
Whether or not the market is ready for this sports car, Toyota itself is ready to prove that hybrid technology does belong in the automobile industry and will suit any purpose and application.

Level 70 Shadow Priest Build - PVE Spec & Raiding Guide For WoW
If you are looking for a level 70 Shadow Priest Build, you will want to keep in mind that it is difficult to find specs that will work while you are a level 70. Once you get to be a level 80, you will have a much easier time finding the most efficient specs for raiding.
As a level 70, you will want to include is spirit tap and improved spirit tap in tier one because these two elements are very important to raiders. In tier two, make sure that you include shadow focus, but feel free to save some of your other points for later because many of the other talents will not help you at level 70. In tier three, the most important talent to take is mind flay, so fill up this talent immediately.
The rest of the talents in this tier are up to you. In tier four, shadow weaving is extremely important, so make sure you put some points into this. Tier five is a little more difficult to decide on, but vampiric embrace is a very good one because most spells need this in order to be cast. Everything in tier six is needed, so get as much of everything as possible. Shadow form is what you will need in tier seven because is allows you to inflict more damage.
In tier eight, misery helps many raids, so make sure to load up on this talent. Tier nine is very important for raiding and pain and suffering are very important things to grab in this tier. Vampiric touch can also come in handy here, so pick up that talent too. In tier ten, twisted faith is the only thing worth taking at this time. Tier eleven is full of things that you really do not need, so whether you use points here or not is your call.

Fastest Vehicles on the Planet
Here is a list with the fastest vehicles on the planet:
1. Bike - 132.5 km/h. The fastest bike on the planet is called "Varna Diablo 3". Sam Whittingham, who is part of the cycling team of Canada, reached 132.5 km / h, on September 18, 2008, on a highway in Nevada. He is the grandson of the person who made the first film screenplay for James Bond series.
2. Boat - 511 km/h. The record is maintained since October 8, 1978, when Australian Ken Warby managed to reach speeds of 511 km / h at the command ship "Spirit of Australia", on lake Blowering Dam in New South Wales, Australia. Powered by a Westinghouse engine, created in the late 40's for fighter aircraft, the vessel is now on display at the National Marine Museum of Australia, in Sydney.
3. Motorcycle - 580.333 km/h. Last year, in the Bonneville Salt Flats desert, Utah (USA), Rocky Robinson was able to reach with his motorcycle named "Ack Attack" speed of 580.833 kilometers per hour. The machine, although it does not look like we are used, has the characteristics of a motorcycle: walking on two wheels and is powered by two Suzuki engines with a total capacity of 2,600 cubic centimeters.
4. Train - 581km/h. As far as trains go there are two records. Of the classic wheels, the fastest is the French TGV, which went, in 2007, with 574.8 km / h. But the record was demolished by the levitating train (Maglev), which operates as follows: magnetic coils of the magnets repel the train track, allowing him to rise between 1 and 10 centimeters above the track. The Japanese Maglev train went in 2003 with a speed of 581 km / h on a line of Yamanashi.
5. Rocket - 7274.23 km/h. The fastest rocket piloted by a person is X-15. Launched from a B-52 aircraft, it reached speeds of 7274.23 kilometers per hour, in 1967.

8 Facts You Must Know About Lamborghini
Lamborghini, or Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. as it's officially called, produces some of the most exciting sports cars in the word. Some of the newer Lamborghini models are the Countach, the Diablo, the Gallardo and the Murcielago.
Fact 1: Lamborghini is named after the founder of the company Ferruccio Lamborghini (1916-1993). Ferruccio Lamborghini founded the company in 1963 when he was 47 years old. The factory is located in a small Italian village called Sant'Agata Bolognese near Bologna.
Fact 2: Ferruccio Lamborghini was a successful tractor manufacturer before he got interested in sports cars. His interest in sports cars made him buy many different high-performance cars including both Maseratis and Ferraris, but he was never really happy with any of them and therefore decided to built his own, perfect sports car,
Fact 3: Lamborghini used to be an independent company, but today it is a subsidiary of the German company Audi AG. Audi AG became the owner of Lamborghini in 1998. Lamborghini went bankrupt in 1978 and was sold to Chrysler a long time before Audi AG became the sole owner of the company.
Fact 4: The fastest Lamborghini is the Le Mans version of the Murcielago R-GT model. It has been reported to have a top speed of 370 km/h. The fastest street model from Lamborghini is the Murcielago LP640 with an estimated top speed of 340 km/h. Both of the models have a V12 engine with more than 6000 cc.
Fact 5: Several of the newer Lamborghini models feature the familiar Lamborghini scissor doors that rotate up and forward on a hinge near the front of the door. The Countach, the Diablo and the Murcielago all have scissor doors, but the Gallardo does not. Both the Countach and the Diablo are no longer being produced, so the Murcielago is the only current model with scissor doors.
Fact 6: No Lamborghini have ever been produced with less than a V8 engine. Most of the Lamborghini models throughout the history of the company have come with the legendary Lamborghini V12 engine, but the newest model, Gallardo, only have a V10 engine. No Lamborghini models with a V8 engine have been since production of the Silhouette stopped in 1989.
Fact 7: The first Lamborghini was the 350GTV from 1963. It was extremely fast for its time with a top speed of 280 km/h. In 1964 a smaller version of the 350GTV appeared. The smaller version was called 350GT and had a top speed of 240 km/h. The Countach from 1974 was the first Lamborghini to go faster than 300 km/h.
Fact 8: In 1975 did Walter Wolf, a rich Canadian businessman and F1 racing team owner, persuade Lamborghini to produce three super powered Countach models. The Wolf Countach had the same engine as the orginal Countach prototype and were able to reach a top speed of 315 km/h.

Are Your Used or New Golf Clubs Fake?
Ready to buy golf clubs? You found the right club, are you sure it is not a fake? It does not matter if you are looking for used golf clubs or new golf clubs. The industry making these fakes have been around for a while and can trick many into believing they are the real thing. I found this article that is almost 3 years old where CBS 60 minutes investigated the growing number of fakes coming out of China. The fakes have improved and are even harder to detect since then. So how can you tell a fake golf club from an authentic golf club?
I asked the Scott Francey from Global Golf - one of the largest online new and used golf clubs companies. Scott has over 17 years experience in the golf industry and his department handles about 12,000 different used and new golf clubs every month.
Al: What brands and models are the most faked?
Scott: Many of the top brands like Callaway and Taylor Made are faked most often. We very rarely see fakes from Ping.
Al: What are some of the main things your team looks for when checking to see if a golf club is a fake or not?
Scott: First thing we look for is the serial number. Around 2002, Callaway started adding serial numbers to their clubs. On woods are printed very faintly on the back of the heel of the head. The serial numbers on their irons on under the grip so they are harder to check. Mizuno and many other brands have their serial numbers on the hosel (part of the head that connects to the shaft) of each wood and iron. Next we look at the logo's, lettering, and coloring. Many of the fakes use different lettering styles. The color of the club is noticeably different as well. Callaway uses specific unique colors on their clubs. If the shading is a little off, we investigate further because it may be a fake. Some even have misspellings. Instead of "Callaway Fusion" it may say something like "Callaway Fuzion." One of the last things we look at is the shaft. Another trick is adding a fake shaft to a real head. This is very difficult to find, but the best place to look is the ferrule (the piece that connects the shaft to the head). If it is not a ferrule the brand uses, the shaft was replaced at one point and it may be a fake. Because we handle so many clubs, we can also tell if the weight is too high or too low for a particular club. If a fake is using a different metal, shaft or head, it will most likely have a different weight.
After Scott's interview, I visited some of the brand websites and here is information from some of the top brands concerning fakes:
Taylor Made writes: "Authentic Taylor Made golf clubs have a serial number on the hosel of each wood and on the 5-iron or the 7-iron (depending on the model) in each set of irons. If your club does not have that serial number, it may not be a genuine Taylor Made."
Callaway writes: "If the club is a driver, or a #3 wood, does it have a serial number on the hosel? If you are purchasing a set of irons, does the 8-iron have a serial number on it? If the answer is "no," there is a very high probability that these clubs could be counterfeit. If the answer is "yes," but the clubs being offered fit other warning signs in this bulletin (such as a suspiciously low price), be cautious. Some counterfeiters are putting bogus serial numbers on clubs. If you have any hesitation, contact your authorized retailer or Callaway Golf Customer Service. Remember, merely because a club has a serial number does not mean that it is authentic. If the clubs include models that are supposed to be titanium, does a magnet cling to them? If it does, the clubs are counterfeit. A magnet will not cling to titanium."
So what is a consumer to do? First, make sure you are buying from a reputable company. Many companies, like Global Golf that sell used golf clubs have experts that handle so many clubs, they examine the clubs and can determine whether or not the club is a fake and remove it from inventory. If you go to a store to purchase your clubs, go with someone that already has the brand and model you are looking for so they can look at the clubs and try to detect anything that may be different. If you decide to shop for clubs on your own, look for serial numbers or any irregularities in the club. Follow the steps above to find the differences: serial number, logo, fonts, color, ferrule, and weight.
If you are concerned your club is a fake, contact the manufacturers directly. They will be able to tell you, sometimes over the phone, if your club is a fake.

Why Diablo III Will Be the Best Game Ever Made
The Diablo series is the best PC game series ever made. Of course this is just a matter of opinion. A lot of people will say that World of Warcraft is the best RPG ever made but I disagree.
Brief History
Diablo I was created by a group of programmers from a company called Blizzard Entertainment. The first title was just called "Diablo". In the first title you started off as 1 of 3 classes of characters and battled your way through many monsters, bosses and story line until you killed Diablo himself.
Diablo II came out next which was a much better game and they added 4 new classes of characters. They continued the story line and introduced new characters and added tons of new items. This game reigned in it's time and out of all the games I ever played (which is a LOT!) this game was always the best. I literally played it for 5 years.
Diablo III
At the time of this article this game had not been released however the mere trailers and teaser videos alone have got many people hyped up and looking forward to this 3rd version. They overhauled the game completely but kept all of the important elements which make Diablo the best in its class of hack n' slash. They kept the game in third person view but enhanced the graphics tremendously using directx 10. This is exactly was I was hoping they would do and I am very excited.
Gameplay
Diablo is a hack n' slash game. This means that you can attack or get attacked by many monsters in real time and your attacks are based on how many times you press buttons, etc. The skills on Diablo are setup so that you can switch between them quickly and created various strategies. Skill animations are notorious for looking beautiful in Diablo.
Graphics
They went ahead and created Diablo III using DirectX 10. This makes for a much more pleasant visual experience due to details, physics and destructible environments. Third person view remains the same, thank God! I always said it would ruin the game if they went first person view like they did World of Warcraft.
Multiplayer
Another one of Diablo's fun factors is the online play with parties of people interacting throughout the world. Diablo has always been free to play online but I have not seen if this will be true in the third version. Here is to hoping...
Addictive Gameplay and Random Environments
2 other distinct Diablo attributes is the endless addictive gameplay. Diablo was always built to randomly create dungeons and levels so that the replay value is tremendous. The extreme quantity of items, character and skill strategies, and weapon mods make this game extremely addicting.
Diablo III should jump into one of the best games of all time in the next years to come. I believe it will be a big competitor to World of Warcraft. Loyal Diablo fans know this and they are very excited.

Caring For Your Turtle
If you and your family have decided that you would like to keep an exotic pet, such as a turtle, there are many things that you need to be aware of when caring for a pet such as this. Sometimes they might have special diet requirements that you need to follow strictly in order for the pet to be healthy and happy.
Turtles can be interesting pets for anyone to take care of and are often picked as pets for the wrong reasons. One of the main things that you will need to do when you are caring for a turtle is to make sure that the turtle has the correct environment to live in. Turtles need to have just the right temperatures in order to survive in whatever environment that you have created for them. You need to make sure that your turtle has enough room to move around as well as a basking light so they can warm up if they choose to. If you choose to use a refrigerator to recreate their habitat, be aware that any drastic increases in temperature can cause the turtle to go into shock and can be fatal to the turtle.
Another factor to consider is the diet that the turtle will need to be on. The first factor that you need to realize is that your turtle is an omnivore which means that they will eat both meat and vegetables. On the other hand, you need to make sure that your turtle has a well balanced diet in order for the turtle to stay happy and healthy while it is growing and maturing. Feeding your turtle fresh fruits and vegetables as well as fish is always a safe diet when it comes to the health of your pet. Fish is often a good meat to provide for your turtle because it provides a lot of nutrients that your turtle will need to stay healthy. There are also some different types of sticks that you can buy for your turtle that already contain the correct amounts of nutrients and food that your turtle will need to survive. Your turtle needs exercise so giving your turtle a live fish in the water will help it to stay active and hunting is the best way to exercise for a growing turtle. Remember that if your turtle begins to look a cloudy washed out color, you need to take it to the vet immediately because it could be sick with some type of disease.

Junk Food - 5 Healthy and Delicious Substitutes
It's hard to avoid it. Fast-food restaurant are everywhere, junk food assaults us as we are checking out at the supermarket, and TV commercials are filled with ads for suboptimal "foods." Unless you have a will of iron or have been on a healthy eating plan for a long time and just aren't tempted by junk food, you may get cravings for some of those things occasionally. Here are some suggestions for healthy substitutions that still taste good.
Pizza. If you really must have pizza, how about at least getting one with a whole grain crust? Some pizzerias will make one for you, or you can buy one from your health food market. Another option is whole wheat pita bread. Simply cover a pita--or as many as you need--with prepared tomato sauce and fresh veggies; sprinkle on some vegan Parmesan if you want that flavor. Bake until everything is nicely cooked. Homemade pizza is certainly the best and most delicious choice, but often pizza is a spontaneous kind of junk food and you just don't want to take the time to make it from scratch.
Potato chips and dip. When you're relaxing on the weekend, maybe watching sports or a movie on TV, and you get a hankering for chips, consider low fat brown rice crackers or rice chips or pretzels and hummus or homemade guacamole. Some carrot and celery sticks will almost make this snack into a meal.
Chocolate. People sometimes say that carob will make a good substitute for chocolate, but a serious chocoholic knows that only chocolate will satisfy this craving. Luckily, there's a lot more healthy chocolate around these days than there used to be. Your best choice is dark, vegan chocolate. There are so many choices at the natural foods stores. You can even easily find organic chocolate. Check out the book Naked Chocolate by David Wolfe and Shazzie. It's filled with information about the history and health benefits of chocolate, as well as recipes and lucious-looking photos. You won't believe these amazing gourmet creations are all raw! One of my favorites when the weather is cold is Chocolate del Diablo--raw "hot" chocolate with a delicious kick.
Candy. Stock up on plenty of healthy choices for when the candy urge hits you or your children. Instead of the refined-sugar-laden packaged junk food candies at the supermarket, try organic raisins or dates or other dried fruits. Take a date and stuff it with a walnut half or an almond, wrap individually in waxed paper and keep in the refrigerator. These can be easily packed into a lunch for school or work. Of course, there's always fresh fruit... that's the best.
Ice cream. Ice cream might be a standard item in your freezer. How about buying sorbet next time? It could be that the frozen sweetness will be satisfying enough for you. One of my favorite cold treats is a bowl of frozen grapes. I purposely buy too many of them so I can freeze them. If you haven't tried frozen grapes, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. If you have a Champion juicer, you can run frozen bananas through for a yummy soft-serve type of frozen treat.
The next time you go shopping, stock up on some of these foods so you can make a sane, healthy choice when the junk-food urge strikes. You won't feel deprived if you can substitute something similar--sweet for sweet, salty for salty--and tasty. If you normally eat well and you do eat something you know isn't the healthiest choice, don't feel guilty. Just enjoy it and move on, knowing that you will make a healthy choice next time.

Check Out the Best Horror Films of 2009
It is kind of difficult to name the best motion pictures of all time if they come from different genres, classifications, or categories. In this regard, let's focus on one genre only. Let's focus on five of the best horror movies released in the United States in 2009.
The motion picture "25/8" is one of the best horror movies of 2009. Written by Wes Craven, "25/8" focuses on the return of a murderer to his hometown to kill children whose birthday falls on the date he almost got killed. This horror movie stars Dennis Boutsikaris, Frank Grillo, Denzel Whitaker, Shareeka Epps, and Max Thierriot.
Another film that may be considered as one of the best horror film of 2009 is "Jennifer's Body." Written by Diablo Cody, the film focuses on a possessed cheerleader who kills faculty members as well as her fellow classmates. The main character is portrayed by actress Megan Fox and a couple of performers included are Amy Sedaris and J.K. Simmons.
"Giallo" is also one of the best horror film of 2009. The story evolves on the partnership of an American stewardess with an Italian detective to rescue the former's sister who was kidnapped by a serial killer. "Giallo" is directed by Dario Argento and written by Sean Keller and Jim Agnew. The actors include Adrian Brody and Elsa Pataky.
"The Wolf Man" is a star-studded horror movie starring Benicio del Toro, Anthony Hopkins and Emily Blunt. Directed by Joe Johnston and written by Andrew Kevin Walker, other actors starring in this film include Sam Hazeldine, Kiran Shah, Geraldine Chaplin, and Hugo Weaving. Just knowing who the director, writers, and actors are, one would already know that "The Wolf Man" is considered as one of the best horror movies of all time.
With the success of the films "The Evil Dead 1" and "The Evil Dead 2," nobody will doubt the success of "Drag Me to Hell" as all these are directed by Sam Raimi. Raimi's films have always been considered as the best horror movies of all time. In "Drag Me to Hell," the story starts with a European lady who spells a curse on a young woman. Written by Sam Raimi himself with the help of his brother Ivan, the actors starring in "Drag Me to Hell" include Flor de Maria Chahua, David Paymer, Sage Stallone, Jessica Lucas, Alison Lohman, and Justin Long.
The five horror flicks mentioned are all released in 2009. Indeed, there is still a long list of the best horror movies of all time.

Spinning Rims Will Add All The Flash That You Crave For Your Vehicle
Have you fixed up your car just the way you want it? You have the flashy paint job, and the pumping stereo, now what about the wheels? If you are looking for a bit more flash to add to your wheels, then you need spinning rims for your ride. Spinning rims are a hot way to add some pizzazz to your car and really draw some attention to your tires.
Spinning rims were popularized with the hip hop movement and have since grown more and more popular with car lovers everywhere. Spinning rims, or spinners as they are often called are so impressive looking on a vehicle because they give the illusion that the wheels are still spinning even when the car is at a complete stop.
Spinners work because of centrifugal force. Basically when the vehicle is running and driving, the spinning rims are moving slower than the tire itself, and sometimes the rims stop moving completely. But when the vehicle stops at a light, the rims continue moving while the wheel is stopped, this gives the illusion that the wheels are still moving.
Spinning rims will truly make a vehicle look amazing; they just add that special final touch to an already flashy car. If you are looking at getting spinners you might be wondering what kind to get for your vehicle.
The first thing to consider when you decide to go ahead and pick out spinners is to find out the maximum wheel size for your vehicle. Some manufactures make all sizes of spinning rims, while others specialize in only certain sizes. Spinning rims typically come in the sizes 18 20 22 23 and 24.
Many spinning rims are simply attachments that work with the existing custom wheels on your vehicle. If you are buying spinners that are attachments, they basically attach to the wheels with special lug nuts. The rims bolt into the wheel using special bolts that attach to the lug nuts which then allows for mounting of the spinning rims.
If you want spinner rims then you should be sure that you have a rear wheel drive vehicle. A rear wheel drive is important because the wheels are deep enough for the spinners to fit inside. It is important that the spinners do not sit outside of the wheel, because they could cause damage to the wheel or even the vehicle itself. And most importantly, spinners that sit outside of the wheel could be dangerous. Front wheel drive cars normally do not have wheels that have enough room for the spinner attachments to sit inside, therefore they will sit out.
But do not despair if you have a front wheel drive vehicle, you can still have the flashy addition of spinning rims. There are certain brands, such as Diablo that manufactures a front wheel drive custom wheel that is offset and allows for the use of spinners. You can also choose a package of custom wheels and spinners instead of purchasing them separately.
Besides the spinners that come as attachments, you can also buy spinning rims combined with the wheels. Dub and Omega are examples of popular brands that sell combination packages. Dub sells packages that will work with front wheel vehicles as well, so that you can put spinning rims on your front wheel car and not worry about damage or danger.
You can purchase spinning rims individually as an attachment component or as a package with wheels and even with tires as well. The prices of spinners can range fairly dramatically from a few hundred dollars up to over $11,000 for an entire set of four spinners with tires. The prices vary depending on if you are buying a complete package, or simply an attachment component. Also, the size of the wheel that you require will affect the price as well.
There are many popular brands of spinning rims that you can choose from. Some of the best and most popular brands are Dub, Diablo, Spintek, Davin, Latrell Sprewell, Omega and Excess. Whatever brand you choose be sure that your rims have high quality bearings and are manufactured well to ensure the best possible performance and a long life for your spinners.
There are many different ways for you to buy spinning rims and one of the easiest ways to shop for and purchase spinners is by using the internet. On the internet you will have access to hundreds of different stores that specialize in selling spinning rims and other car accessories. On the web you will be able to browse through many different styles of rims, different colors, and different configurations. You will also be able to easily check out a large number of manufactures all in one place.
One of the biggest concerns when you buy something large on the internet is how you will have it shipped to you. When you buy spinning rims on the internet from one of the many online dealers, you are likely to get free shipping. Remember when you choose a seller, to choose one that has a high rating, and it is best to get personal recommendations. But if you cannot get a recommendation that be sure that the seller you choose offers a satisfaction guarantee and a warranty.
There is a lot to consider when you are shopping for spinning rims. However the bottom line is that you want your car, truck or SUV to look amazing. And with spinners, your vehicle will look flashy and you are sure to catch everyones attention no matter what style or brand you choose.
